Project Manager - Oncology - US/Canada
About The Position
Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global, midsize CRO seeking a Project Manager specializing in Oncology clinical trials. This role is responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities. The Project Manager directs the technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects to ensure successful completion, collaborating with functional area leads to identify and evaluate issues, interpret complex data, make sound business decisions, and ensure solutions are implemented. The goal is to ensure all project deliverables meet customer expectations regarding time, quality, and cost. This position offers the opportunity to develop in-depth global operational expertise within a specific therapeutic area, benefiting from the scientific and medical expertise of the company's professionals.
Requirements
- 5 years' industry experience.
- Previous experience in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO setting.
- Experience managing Oncology studies is required.
- Ability to manage projects in a multi-office environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior planning and organizational skills with attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS and EDC Systems.
- Ability to travel when needed.
- University/College degree, within Life Science is preferred.
