About The Position

LANL is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers and Superintendents for TA-55 - a high-security nuclear environment supporting critical federal missions. This role involves serving as a Control Account Manager for scope, cost, and schedule, leading construction crews and subcontractors, and coordinating with various departments. The position requires a strong understanding of EVMS-compliant cost and schedule baselines and the ability to lead daily coordination meetings and pre-job briefings. The role is 100% onsite at TA-55 in Los Alamos, NM, with a program duration of up to 5 years and 40 openings.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of nuclear worker experience
• A-Level Access eligibility required
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DOE Q Clearance
• Must work 100% onsite at TA-55 in Los Alamos, NM
• Must be available for all shifts including graveyard

Nice To Haves

• Active DOE Q Clearance
• DOE, nuclear, or NNSA facility construction management experience
• Control Account Manager or EVMS experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as Control Account Manager for scope, cost, and schedule for assigned construction work packages
• Lead construction crews and subcontractors during active work phases at TA-55
• Develop and maintain EVMS-compliant cost and schedule baselines
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, safety, and nuclear facility operations personnel
• Lead daily coordination meetings and pre-job briefings
