CEI Engineering Associates is seeking a full-time Civil Project Manager for our Municipal Transportation department. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or equivalent training/experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in land/site development.
  • Experience in utilities, drainage, quality control, site entitlement, municipalities, roadway, ADA, road markings, striping, curb placement, and progressive project management.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and the ability to occasionally travel overnight.

Nice To Haves

  • A professional engineer (PE) or LA license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Serve as the client's primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization and design through review, bidding, construction, and completion.
  • Generate repeat business through quality of work and excellent client service.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local government officials.
  • Coordinate work with staff and design team members.
  • Review design aspects including site landscape layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality practices, and utilities.
  • Review work products, quality control, and budgeting.
  • Lead teams to successfully complete projects.
