The Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering complex projects that support organizational goals and operational excellence. This role provides end-to-end project ownership by defining scope, building detailed project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 3+ years of project management experience (industry-specific experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools including Excel, MS Project, and Procore.
  • Ability to analyze data, drive decisions, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.
  • Manage project budgets, vendor coordination, and procurement activities as needed.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues before they impact deliverables.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and success criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and project management best practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, leadership, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships to support collaboration, alignment, and timely decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and project quality.
  • Analyze project performance and outcomes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
