About The Position

We’re seeking a Project Manager who brings strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a disciplined approach to executing complex, high-stakes work where uptime and performance are non-negotiable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments, values clear communication and accountability, and takes pride in delivering projects that meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and operational continuity. You will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are aligned and executed with precision. You will own cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting. You set clear expectations, enforce commitments, and follow through. Decisions are based on data, not assumptions. You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise, analyze information carefully, and make informed decisions that protect both the project and the client.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, and documentation
  • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
