Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum eight years of project management experience in building construction, preferably in data centers.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting and project management tools including MS Project and Visio.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to obtaining relevant certifications, such as PMI/PMP, within two years of employment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project demand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead intricate construction projects primarily in data centers across the United States.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring completion to high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project schedules to align with strategic plans while ensuring project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate project scopes and adapt to changes or additional work through change orders to maintain alignment with customer needs and expectations.
  • Ensure financial accuracy and profitability through diligent management of project costs, billing, and collections.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and legal requirements to uphold a safe and ethical work environment.
  • Collaborate with teams to allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress encouraging innovation and fostering collaborative success.
