About The Position

At Aquatech, we tackle the challenges of critical minerals, water scarcity, and complexity by leveraging technology, expertise, and financing to deliver comprehensive solutions that enable competitive, sustainable infrastructure. As a leading global provider of water and industrial process technology solutions, we help the world's most recognized companies achieve their sustainability and operational goals by implementing innovative approaches for water reuse, desalination, minimal and zero liquid discharge, and critical minerals recovery. Aquatech supports some of the world’s most technically demanding industries including semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, solar manufacturing, and data centers. These facilities require highly reliable utility infrastructure including Ultra Pure Water (UPW), wastewater treatment (WWT), reclaim systems, thermal utility systems, chemical systems, and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems. Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Microelectronics Project Manager to support global semiconductor, advanced packaging, solar manufacturing, and data center projects. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership, execution alignment, and integrated project delivery support for highly complex industrial utility systems associated with advanced manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will possess strong technical and field execution experience across multiple utility disciplines including UPW, WWT, reclaim, thermal systems, process utilities, and ZLD systems. Unlike a traditional Project Manager role focused primarily on commercial management and project controls, this position serves as a technical execution leader responsible for engineering integration, managing teams across the globe with discrete scope, delivery schedules, cost targets, startup readiness, operational success, multidisciplinary coordination, and customer technical interface responsibilities across global matrix organizations.
