About The Position

Mental Health Parity Analyst will work on various projects to support with project management activities, vendor management, produce client deliverables and ensure quality standards are met. Opportunity to enhance project management skills, health and welfare business acumen by working on cutting edge projects alongside leaders in the industry. The Role: Serve as the project manager and main liaison to the consultant and local H&B teams on smaller clients, which includes the following:

Responsibilities

  • Creating project plans
  • Monitoring progress to deadlines and budget
  • Scheduling and managing status calls for active engagements
  • Ensuring appropriate and effective communication among team members and the client
  • Preparing the first as well as final drafts of deliverables for review by the consultant
  • For group purchasing clients, provide daily support both directly to clients and in partnership with internal colleagues to resolve benefit related questions and issues; maintain and update materials related to client enrollment
  • Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
  • Producing and reporting analyses based on client requirements
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all deliverables
