About The Position

The Project Manager, Marketing keeps all marketing projects on track across the division. You’ll own timelines, workflows, and communication, intaking requests, building schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, and making sure work ships on time and on brief. This is a highly organized, highly collaborative role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to a busy, creative environment and removing roadblocks so the team can do its best work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within a marketing, creative, or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities at once without dropping details.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Monday, Jira; Agile/Kanban a plus).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfortable bringing structure to fast-moving, creative teams and driving accountability without authority.
  • A proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues and keeps work moving.
  • Experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer brands (cosmetics, nails, haircare, fashion)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing projects end-to-end across the division—brand, creative, social, growth, e-commerce, trade, and education.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, keeping every initiative on schedule.
  • Own the intake process for new requests—scoping, prioritizing, and assigning work in partnership with team leads.
  • Maintain a clear, up-to-date view of all projects in flight, with status, owners, and next steps visible to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across marketing teams and partner functions (sales, product, operations, e-commerce) to keep projects aligned and unblocked.
  • Run project kickoffs, check-ins, and status meetings; capture decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive them to resolution.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project status and timeline questions across the division.
  • Establish and continuously improve project management processes, templates, and best practices for the marketing team.
  • Own and optimize project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Jira, or similar), ensuring consistent, reliable use across teams.
  • Standardize briefs, intake forms, and workflows to make it easier for the team to start and ship work.
  • Track capacity and workload to support smart prioritization and resourcing decisions.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates on project status, timelines, and changes.
  • Report on throughput, on-time delivery, and other project health metrics, surfacing trends and improvement areas.
  • Facilitate clear hand-offs between teams and ensure final deliverables meet the brief and deadline.
  • Foster a collaborative, organized, and accountable team culture.
