About The Position

We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager with experience managing customer orders and projects within an industrial manufacturing environment. In this role, you will lead multiple product-based projects from order handoff through delivery, serving as the primary customer contact while working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. This role is based in our New Kensington PA facility and works a hybrid schedule. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting customer commitments.
• Working knowledge of logistics, international shipments, and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive process improvements.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within one year.
• Experience managing low- to medium-complexity projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, power generation, oil & gas, renewable energy, or related industries preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and communication plans.
• Monitor project financial performance, including cost control and change order management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve execution issues proactively.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, and sales teams.
• Lead project reviews, status meetings, and customer communications.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.
• Support domestic and international projects as required.
