About The Position

Connexion’s Project Managers are responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading lighting projects from the point of negotiation to completion while maintaining a close relationship with our customers. This role is an extension of our sales team and is influential in the growth of Connexion’s business. Primary Duties & Responsibilities and Tasks to Fulfill Duties: Accurate and Timely Setup of Project Prior to Release Project Buyout Evaluate project for Services opportunity Coordinating Services Proposal when applicable Submittal Prep and Review/Approval Review coordination with lighting controls Review logistical considerations (Pre Project-Checklist) Create Job Account Release and Logistical Coordination Release PO’s sent to manufacturers Coordination with IPS team for projects requiring services Ensure CX Project is setup for status reporting Distribute project ship status reports Communication to customer on any supply chain delays/other potential issues Change Order Execution Prepare change orders as needed with attention to profitability Post Sales and Invoicing Resolve any post sales issues in a timely manner Ensure that billing is completed as quickly as possible Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Lighting Knowledge desired 2 Years Prior Project Management experience desired Local market knowledge (reps/manufacturers/customers) desired Highly responsive Attention to detail Sales and Profitability mindset Ability to juggle competing priorities Willingness to give and receive feedback Strong work ethic Ability to build internal and external relationships Strong oral and written communication skills High level of comfort with technical tools Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment Excellent organizational skills Ability to think critically and make decisions mutually beneficial to customer and CX Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: 4 year degree preferred Compensation Details: The expected salary for this position is $60,000- $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
