About The Position

The organization is undergoing a large-scale AI technology transformation and is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple strategic workstreams. This role involves driving overall program governance and execution, owning the integrated delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path. The Project Manager will lead governance forums, steering committees, and workstream reviews, manage cross-functional dependencies and risk mitigation, track delivery progress, and ensure adherence to timelines. Providing executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications is also a key responsibility, along with coordinating with engineering, infrastructure, operations, security, risk, and finance teams. The program areas include Agentic AI / Agentic SDLC, Identity & Access Management (IAM), AI Operations / Production Support, Metrics & Tokenomics, and Infrastructure Operations.

Requirements

• Strong Program Management experience within large-scale technology transformation programs
• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience managing multiple technical workstreams and complex dependencies
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology programs is highly preferred
• Financial Services / Banking domain experience is highly desirable
