About The Position

This role requires a dynamic Project Manager Lead to oversee multiple projects simultaneously within the automotive or related industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is essential, with Spanish being a plus. Proficiency in office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI, and QlikSense is also required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, automotive, program management, engineering, or related field
• Ability to interact and network effectively with various personality types
• Strong communication skills--written and verbal
• Chinese (Mandarin) and English Speaking
• Efficient with office tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI, QlikSense
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years of engineering and/or aftersales experience in the automotive or related industry
• Self-motivated, does not require constant direction, can prioritize and identify urgent needs

Nice To Haves

• Spanish is a bonus
• 5+ years' work experience on program launches
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of the dealership environment
• Strong organizational, self-management, and negotiations skills
• Experience in presenting ideas and concepts to all levels of management
• Ability to speak English, Chinese and Spanish
• Prior program management experience in a technical capacity
