Requirements

5+ years of experience managing hard ware or software development projects in an Agile or SAFe environment
3+ years experience using digital engineering tools, including Jira, Confluence, Cameo Systems Modeler, MS Project or Planner, IBM DOORS, or Jama Connect
Experience operating as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer
Experience in risk management, managing stakeholder needs, or contract or client management
Experience with innovation and disruptive thinking
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with requirements and architecture development across the systems development lifecycle
Experience performing analysis studies in a modeling and simulation environment and supporting systems engineering activities
Experience with AI, cyber, or autonomy systems
Experience with programming
Experience in modeling languages such as UML
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree
PMP Certification
SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP Certification
