Project Manager IV - Real Estate/ Construction - (Sirion, Ivalua)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in construction contracting, sourcing using RFI and RFPs, and commercial negotiations, including using AIA-based agreements for capital projects (> $5 million)
- Proven experience working across global construction programs and multi-region stakeholder environments (NA, EMEA, APAC)
- Deep expertise in AIA contract structures and supplementary conditions
- Deep expertise in Construction contracting and project delivery models
- Deep expertise in Facilities and capital project sourcing
- Experience working with global facilities and construction management vendors such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, or CBRE
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Experience using contract lifecycle management and procurement tools (such as Sirion, Ivalua)
- Strong analytical mindset
