PURPOSE The Project Manager IV for the Center for Advanced Aviation Technologies (CAAT), operating under the general direction of the Project Director of CAAT, oversees the planning and execution of large-scale projects. This role is responsible for developing and implementing project plans; managing and tracking budgets; monitoring timelines and deliverables; and preparing periodic evaluations and reports. The Project Manager IV also oversees CAAT consortium members by tracking schedules and deliverables, coordinating meetings, and providing regular status reports for CAAT task order projects of significant scope. In addition, the position supports the Assistant Vice President and Executive Director, the Project Director of CAAT (PDCAAT), the Associate Director of Grants, Research and Administration (ADGRA), and CAAT partners.
