About The Position

itD is seeking a Technical Project Manager IV to lead cross-functional teams in delivering AR hardware prototypes, user studies, and innovative user experiences. This role drives the execution of complex technical projects from conception through post-launch, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong risk management and risk tracking abilities.
• High-level team planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with real-time 3D development, AR/VR, and game development.
• Creativity, problem-solving, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience using computers for layouts and generating new images.
• Expert problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with project management tools.
• Technical background in electrical or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AR hardware vehicles and user studies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to build and enhance prototyping platforms.
• Set up, maintain, and present prototypes to various audiences.
• Monitor project statuses and ensure timelines are being met.
• Communicate analyses and provide actionable feedback to partners.
• Oversee user experience implementation from product conception to launch, including post-launch support.
• Contribute to strategic decisions alongside Design, Product, and Executive teams.
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with the itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material.
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
