The Project Manager reporting into the director of the PMO will require full life cycle project delivery experience from requirements through software development and User Acceptance Testing. Projects will be challenging but achievable, staffed with interdepartmental teams in a collaborative, fast paced environment. Project Managers have executive level support in the delivery, escalation, risk mitigation and scope management of all projects. Project activities include, but are not limited to, establishing clear and achievable objectives and planning and directing people to reach objectives while balancing competing demands for quality, scope, time, and cost, and adapting to different concerns and expectations of stakeholders. This position will collaborate with internal and external business partners to achieve goals and objectives. They are responsible for leading key strategic initiatives of various types, including the execution of application development, product development, operational efficiency improvements and other efforts Project Management: Success delivering products/services in a high growth environment, exhibiting strong ability to identify and solve customer –focused problems. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and opinions. Must have broad knowledge of enterprise business processes across HR, Accounting, Sales, and Operations within a Services industry. Must be able to develop project plans, goals; identifying resources needed. Must be able to identify, track and mitigate risks and issues that impact the project and appropriately escalate to leadership as needed. Must be able to create detailed communications to internal and external stakeholders. Proven successful decision making in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
