Overview: Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. This role will focus on the IS requirements for facility, infrastructure, and cybersecurity projects. The role is expected to be hybrid with both remote and being in-person depending on project demands. Job Description Summary: Oversees the planning, implementation and tracking of a specific project or projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Works closely with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure that project goals are accomplished. Encourages progress, fosters collaboration, and enhances productivity. Facilitates project closures and proper documentation. Conducts project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant and equivalent experience, required.
  • 3 years as a project manager or equivalent experience in a similar role, required.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with industry standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to interact with customers and information systems personnel.
  • Project Management Certification, preferred.
