ANA is growing and scaling and is seeking a Project Manager - Inventory Control for an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. This role is responsible for leading strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen inventory governance, improve inventory accuracy, ensure financial compliance, and optimize working capital performance. The position drives standardization of inventory control processes across sites, enhances ERP system integrity, and ensures alignment between Operations, Finance, and Planning. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in Inventory Controls, Supply Chain, or Operations
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Deep understanding of inventory accounting principles
  • Structured problem-solving approach
  • Risk and compliance mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end inventory control and improvement projects
  • Define scope, milestones, KPIs, and governance structure
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability
  • Oversee cycle count programs and physical inventory processes
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and variance trends
  • Implement corrective and preventive action plans
  • Standardize inventory control policies and SOPs
  • Ensure proper reconciliation between the inventory subledger and General Ledger
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX where applicable)
  • Manage write-offs and provisioning governance
  • Improve ERP inventory configurations (min/max, safety stock, master data integrity)
  • Lead automation and reporting improvements
  • Enhance KPI dashboards and performance tracking
  • Drive & partner with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma) and within the Inventory Control function
  • Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Planning, Finance, and IT teams
  • Facilitate governance meetings and performance reviews
  • Lead training and change management initiatives
