Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager or Account Manager
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
  • Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and fostering long-term trust
  • Communicate proactively to align expectations, share updates, and ensure a seamless client experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure integrated service delivery
  • Share client insights to support continuous improvement and inform service enhancements
