About The Position

The Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management for electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will work closely with clients, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical construction professional who wants to take ownership of significant projects while joining a highly established organization with a strong regional presence.

Requirements

  • Electrical contracting experience is required.
  • Proven experience managing electrical construction projects.
  • Experience with commercial and/or industrial electrical construction strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, contracts, and change-order processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and project-team relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, billing, change orders, and profitability.
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project correspondence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and project partners.
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with company standards for quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during project turnover and throughout execution.
  • Provide leadership, communication, and accountability across the project team.
