Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in a project coordinator or project management role.
  • Four (4) - six (6) years of experience in a technical role or federal/government environment.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI eligibility or have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
  • Will be subject to federal background investigation.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate personnel resources to achieve program and project objectives.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management toolsets (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Must be able to travel to various Company locations and/or Customer sites across the United States for meetings and onsite visits, as needed by the Company/Customer.
  • Must be able to travel by airplane both domestically and internationally.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive plans, coordinate resources, and perform other administrative and programmatic duties.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning, oversight, and implementation of specific projects and initiatives within the bounds of a program.
  • Direct individuals or teams of resources in the execution of project tasks towards the successful completion of deliverables, objectives, and goals.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Interact with Senior Managers, Customers, and internal teams in the pursuit of successful project execution.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Program Manager.
  • Serve as a liaison between team members, the Program Manager, and Customer project managers.
  • Support the recruiting and hiring processes (review candidate resumes, coordinate interviews, etc.).
  • Assist with processing and tracking candidates through the government background check processes.
  • Create and track project deliverables, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop requirements for their project(s), and ensure adherence to those requirements throughout project execution and delivery.
  • Create and adhere to project budget and schedules.
  • Identify, document, manage, and escalate all project risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Assist with the creation and tracking of program deliverables, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
