About The Position

The Project Manager II will support sourcing and procurement initiatives, preferably in the financial services industry. The role calls for strong negotiation experience, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional work streams. The position also requires creating strategic, data-driven presentations for senior leadership and experience with procurement and contract-authoring software, including Ivalua and Sirion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in sourcing negotiations, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex information and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to create strategic, data-driven PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a collaborative, creative, and flexible approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional initiatives, work independently, and manage multiple work streams.
• Understanding of new and evolving technologies to support forward-thinking sourcing strategies.
• Experience with procurement and contract-authoring software applications such as Ivalua and Sirion.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.
