About The Position

Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Cyber Project Manager to work for our company. Summary Must possess IT-I security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies) Initiates action to assist Federal program manager(s) with planning, initiating, monitoring and closing out multiple, complex projects and deliverables Coordinates activities to identify project risks and develops mitigation plans Conducts analysis on complex project performance and risks, researches discrepancies, and prepares management reports and briefings Provides expertise to improve business strategy, internal processes and program performance Independently identifies project risks and develops mitigation plans Develops and maintains management reports, implementation schedules, and key performance parameters Provides input and assists with requirement definition, scope of work definition, and scope management Participates in analysis activities, identifies actions and coordinates actions across the team Conducts requirements analysis, maintains record of requirements, or portions thereof, being fulfilled by projects, and dependency on other efforts- Designing, troubleshooting, and implementing software code for end-to-end software development

Requirements

Must possess IT-I security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline, or HS Diploma and 4+ years of project management experience.
Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability
2+ years of directly relevant experience in project management
Ability to research, collect, organize, and interpret technical data and status related to projects and programs
Knowledge of data and requirement gathering and business process analysis
Ability to conduct analysis and monitoring program requirements, performance, schedule, and risk
Ability to support the Program Manager to evaluate, review, monitor, and report on project performance
Must be able to work collaboratively across physical locations

Nice To Haves

Desired Certifications: PMP and DoD 8140.01 IAT Level II
Experience with conducting project management on cyber operations programs
