The Project Manager II is responsible for independently leading project teams in the delivery of medium to moderately complex projects by applying and adapting established project management procedures and best practices to achieve successful outcomes for the Bank. This role involves facilitating project meetings, driving alignment on decisions, managing stakeholder expectations, and developing project schedules and resource plans. The Project Manager II will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects throughout their lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, resources, cost, and changes. They will also manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, monitor vendor deliverables, and prepare status reports. Additionally, this role requires leading cross-functional project teams, demonstrating ownership of project outcomes, and delivering exceptional service experiences. Other duties include building effective working relationships, demonstrating reliability and accountability, complying with bank policies, maintaining attention to detail, and exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
