Requirements

4–8 years of experience
Big 4 experience (KPMG, Deloitte, EY)
Exposure to core finance processes, enterprise systems (e.g., ERP)
Significant experience in a strategic project role focused on digital enablement and AI.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Experience with a variety of project management, presentation, and design software.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, timelines, and resources to lead cross-functional initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with core financial processes.
Articulate and drive the strategic project roadmap to modernize finance functions, collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless adoption of AI-powered tools and ERP systems.
Direct strategic meetings, track action items to maintain momentum, and deliver clear, high-level project reporting to executive stakeholders across the finance organization.
