About The Position

We are looking for a Project Manager II to join our Field Operations Support Team in Denver, CO. You will support the team with the day-to-day management of projects and programs across our portfolio.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of related prior project management experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Collaborative, professional approach to building positive relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to review project progress and perform site visits.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of centralized service programs for new community onboarding, transitions, and operational stabilization
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage interdependencies across projects to ensure seamless execution and avoid operational bottlenecks
  • Monitor program performance against KPIs, SLAs, and operational benchmarks
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, workplans, and task tracking systems
  • Coordinate cross functional timelines to ensure alignment between centralized teams and onsite operations
  • Identify risks to timelines and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines for reporting cycles, financial processes, and resident facing workflows
  • Build, maintain, and optimize reporting files and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Asana, BI tools)
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver regular performance reporting to Senior Leadership with actionable insights
  • Document and continuously refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to drive scalability and cost efficiency
  • Support automation and technology integration efforts where applicable
  • Ensure consistent execution of processes across all properties and regions
  • Design and facilitate training programs for both centralized teams and onsite staff
  • Develop training materials, playbooks, and onboarding resources for new processes and systems
  • Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of centralized services
  • Act as a primary liaison between centralized teams and onsite teams
  • Communicate program updates, performance results, and operational changes clearly and consistently
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate into process improvements
  • Support escalation management and resolution of complex operational issues
