About The Position

Corpay is hiring a Project Manager – Implementations within its Implementations line of business. The role is based in Richmond, Virginia, or Brentwood, Tennessee, and manages complex client onboarding projects to ensure successful implementation of Corpay’s payment solutions. The position reports to the Manager, Payments Implementations and collaborates with internal teams, including Account Management, IT, and Operations. The role is expected to work in an office environment, with travel to client sites as needed.

Corpay provides an assigned workplace, company-issued equipment, and hands-on training. The salary range is $70,000–$80,000; actual compensation depends on factors such as skills, experience, training, licenses, certifications, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope, timeline, and success of client onboarding projects involving technology, process change, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Document key milestones, decisions, and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support onboarding, conduct planning sessions, and mitigate risks.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Gather insights from enterprise projects and recommend process improvements to increase implementation efficiency.
• Support other tasks and projects as assigned.
• Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and client contacts.
