About The Position

SOFFA Electric, a well-established systems integration firm with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a Project Manager II to lead and manage complex system integration projects. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication skills, and proactive approach to problem-solving. The Project Manager II will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within systems integration or the water/wastewater industry, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or a related field, and a PMP certification (preferred).

Requirements

  • 5 Years of Water/Wastewater integration experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective teams and working relationships.
  • Should possess strong leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional organization skills, communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage programs are essential to this position.
  • Must have the ability to effectively present information to senior management and other groups; strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage system integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Successfully and methodically manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, and technical services teams.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
