About The Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Localization in order to partner with Business and Product Localization customers to understand their needs, operational challenges, workflows, systems, and opportunities for improvement. This is to drive adoption and expansion of Localization AI by identifying where we can improve, automate, or replace existing workflows, while identifying new opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow optimization and translating them into clearly defined requirements and projects. Day to day involves evaluating data to determine where improvement is needed to identify opportunities to improve localization speed, efficiency, quality, scalability, and cost. This role includes providing front-line support of business critical Localization tools and help promote adoption of Localization’s AI model within Indeed through AI Spotlights, hackathons, and other engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience.
Highly agile in a high-productivity, hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity.
Exceptional at cultivating and maintaining relationships, coupled with effective written and verbal communication.
Effectively builds alignment and secures buy-in for ideas by leveraging data, metrics, and clear rationale to guide decisions.
Demonstrates a bias for action, effectively navigating ambiguity and making progress even when direction is evolving.

Responsibilities

Manage and preside over multiple, concurrent, complex projects from initiation through delivery.
Partner with key leaders to clarify business needs, define project goals and charters, align with strategic priorities, and measure outcomes.
Apply project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor progress effectively.
Direct cross-functional collaborators by aligning on shared goals, communicating risks, and facilitating productive, outcome-driven meetings.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans; identify resource needs; manage schedules; and anticipate risks, obstacles, and dependencies.
Drive change management efforts and build effective, trust-based relationships across teams to support strategy, timelines, and issue resolution.
Deliver value by guiding teams, overcoming barriers, recommending process improvements, and implementing practical, results-focused solutions.
