About The Position
Mount Sinai Health Partners (MSHP) is driving a transition to a business model focused on population health management, aiming to keep entire communities healthy and out of the hospital. This fast-growing business unit is seeking team members who are adaptable, independent, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are committed to improving the status quo and promoting equitable healthcare access. Within MSHP, the Behavioral Health team designs, develops, implements, and evaluates strategic programming for the integration of behavioral health services across the health system. Their goal is to deliver sustainable, scalable, and culturally competent solutions that improve clinical outcomes, enhance patient and provider experience, and reduce healthcare costs.
