This role coordinates, plans, supports, and executes enterprise-wide IT projects, providing strategic input for project plan development, budget, and scope. The Project Manager manages the Project Management Life Cycle from beginning to end, establishing cohesion for achieving multi-disciplinary stakeholder and project team buy-in. They apply industry-accepted methodologies (i.e., Project Management Institute [PMI] with a focus on Agile/Scrum delivery) to ensure adherence to project management standards and requirements and to provide stakeholders with continual reports on project progress and performance. This role also assists and supports Project Management Office (PMO) employees and performs project management research to improve and refine skills and to identify trends and best practices for improving PMO performance.
