About The Position

Fusion HCR is seeking a Project Manager to lead a large-scale, enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiative within a gaming and technology environment. This is a highly visible role supporting the implementation and expansion of IAM capabilities across the organization, including Okta, MFA, access controls, and password management systems. The Project Manager will own detailed project plans and timelines, run Agile-based delivery tracked in Jira, and drive coordination across IT, Security, and business teams to ensure successful delivery — with a strong focus on compliance, access governance, and operational execution. The ideal candidate brings direct experience leading IAM implementations or large-scale security/compliance initiatives, ideally within gaming or other regulated industries. This is a PM-owned delivery role — not a Business Analyst role and not a hands-on IAM engineering role.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or Security environments
Direct, hands-on experience leading or supporting IAM implementations or large-scale IAM programs
Proven ability to build and manage full project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules from scratch
Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology and Jira for tracking and reporting
Familiarity with IAM tools such as Okta, Ping, Azure AD, and MFA solutions
Strong experience managing projects in complex, cross-functional environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in gaming, casino, or other highly regulated industries
Exposure to audit, compliance, or access governance initiatives
PMP Certification
Experience working across IT Operations and Security teams

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of enterprise IAM initiatives, including implementation and enhancement efforts
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
Manage risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple IAM workstreams
Run Agile ceremonies and use Jira to track sprints, backlogs, and delivery progress
Coordinate across teams to ensure successful rollout of identity and access controls
Support initiatives across: Okta (Identity Administration), Ping (SSO / Federation), MFA & Access Management (Azure AD, Okta Verify, etc.), Password Management (1Password or similar tools)
Ensure alignment across identity lifecycle, authentication, and access governance processes
Support IAM efforts tied to audit readiness, compliance, and security controls
Ensure proper documentation and alignment with regulated gaming requirements
Partner with Global Information Security teams to maintain secure and compliant access models
Act as liaison between Security, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and business teams
Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Provide status reporting, risk management, and executive-level updates using Jira and Agile reporting tools
