Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Experience leading projects or project teams
  • Analytical reporting capabilities (Excel, PowerBI and Alteryx)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Under limited and general direction, is responsible for all aspects of projects.
  • Manages, plans and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within agreed time frame and funding/budget.
  • Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and other resource phases of project.
  • Takes project from original concept through completion.
  • May supervise as assigned.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducts project meetings and responsible for project tracking and analysis.
  • Makes necessary presentations and obtains appropriates approvals related to the project.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
  • Provides analytical guidance to project team.
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
