About The Position
We are seeking for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in pharmaceutical capital projects to support the initiation of new projects, with the expectation of extending support to additional initiatives as needed. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of project execution—from initial planning to final closeout—while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and corporate objectives.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- 10+ year of experience in pharmaceutical environment
- Experience Managing Capital Projects
- Schedule development & management(all cycle)
- Bussiness case development experience
- Costs Estimate development experience
- Work independently and with minimal supervision
- Knowledge in cGMP processes
- 30 hrs OSHA
- Scope of work development
- Forecast development & monitoring experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience working as client representative
Responsibilities
- Design management
- Construction & C&Q RFP development
- Manage construction implementation
- Lead construction weekly meetings
- Lead weekly meeting with stake holders
- Manage RFI, submittal, & change orders logs
- Manage change control process
- Develop and update cash flow
- Develop & update integrated project schedule
