About The Position

The Project Manager I will support the successful delivery of multiple service projects by coordinating timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve processes, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate brings prior project management or project coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to further develop project management expertise while contributing to meaningful client and business initiatives.

Requirements

Previous project management experience preferred
Job related experience using AI or GenAI required
Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Advanced computer skills including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience working with ERP systems and project management software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making skills
Great at collaborating with a variety of colleagues and clients on important projects
High energy and passionate personality
Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with colleagues and clients
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Occasional travel for meetings and trainings

Nice To Haves

PMP certification or progress toward certification is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Assist in developing project plans under the guidance of senior project managers
Participate in regular project meetings to track progress
Provide support and encouragement to team members
Help manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time
Support the alignment of project goals with client requirements
Assist in establishing and optimizing the service delivery life cycle processes
Work closely with project teams to understand their needs
Assist in prioritizing service projects alongside service teams, ensuring that client and business needs are aligned
Support bid assessment and contract planning
Help ensure quality standards align with service deliverable expectations
Communicate project updates and milestones to team leads and external stakeholders
Provide relevant information to managers to keep them informed about project progress
Tailor communication style to suit different audiences within the team
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to internal team and senior project managers
Seek input from senior project managers or scientific leads on critical decisions related to project scope, budget, and resource allocation
Align project tasks with the organization’s strategic vision
Engage in discussions with team leads to ensure projects contribute to overall business or client objectives
Communicate changes in project direction, scope adjustments, or resource reallocations to team and stakeholders
Obtain buy-in from team leads for any significant changes
Address minor conflicts or disagreements within the project team and escalate if needed
Seek guidance from senior project managers when resolving complex issues
Assist in defining and tracking key performance metrics for service projects
Regularly assess project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements
Support the standardization of processes across different business solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency
Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams
