Under direct supervision of a more senior project manager, a portfolio manager, or a program manager, this position oversees a small project or phase(s) of a larger project and has responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire project life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). The project manager I must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. The Project Manager is responsible for the success of assigned orders and is the main point of contact for our customers. This is a customer-facing role and requires the successful candidate to be confident discussing a broad range of topics delivered in a professional manner both written and verbal. The successful Project Manager will need to be comfortable multitasking and prioritizing competing deadlines daily and can make the best business decisions during the various stages of order completion. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to anticipate and address any potential issues ahead of time to minimize problems during installation. Taking care of the Customer is key.
