About The Position
O2EPCM, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to manage projects on behalf of LAC Public Library. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day execution, timeline, and delivery of facility alterations and sustainability infrastructure projects, including Solar and EV charging projects. The candidate will champion the Library’s interests while coordinating with the project team and library staff. The candidate will help identify project risks, troubleshoot, and resolve problems to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years (PM I) of progressive experience in managing municipal infrastructure projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, environmental permitting, construction, and close-out.
- Most updated resume
- Certifications or Licenses obtained
- 3-4 Professional References
- Project List with values, dates, and company of any projects worked
Responsibilities
