The Project Manager I - Technical is responsible for facilitating projects from definition and scope through delivery. This role involves project leadership, management, and oversight, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and status reporting. The Project Manager will independently manage projects of varying scope and complexity across the organization, focusing on Information Technology centric and/or complex enterprise projects. Key responsibilities include gathering data from stakeholders to define objectives and requirements, managing the end-to-end project process (research, architecture, development, implementation, validation, training), and serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure project targets and requirements are met. The role ensures technical projects are completed on schedule and within budget, keeping leadership informed of potential issues. The Project Manager may work with various software systems such as ERP, CRM, LIS, HRIS, automation systems, databases, or web applications.
