You will translate business processes, operating models, and stakeholder priorities into actionable plans, while tracking and escalating program risks, issues, and dependencies using data-driven analysis and mitigation strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance—you will ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will support the C360 initiative by enabling a unified, comprehensive view of client information across business lines, with a focus on key contacts and coverage to enhance analytics, coordination, and client relationship management.
