The Sr Manager, Change Management will support TBC’s upcoming Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. This role will utilize proven Change Management tools and methodologies to drive organizational change, ensure adoption, and support employees through the transition. This position requires a dynamic and experienced individual to both facilitate successful change implementation and foster increased capabilities within the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and working closely with the ERP Project Leader, this strategic role partners closely with business leaders and the organizational development department to initiate and implement successful change.
