As the Manager, Organizational Change, you will be a key driver of enterprise-wide transformation efforts. In this role you will support strategic priority programs by leading the change strategy and execution to drive adoption, sustainment, alignment with business goals and global growth objectives. Reporting to the VP of Organizational Change you will partner and guide across Vertiv to influence transformational change and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key partnerships include IT, Global Process Owners, Sales, HR, Growth & Strategy, others.
