Part of our Legal Corporate Functions group, Global Protection & Security team – GP&S is Accenture’s corporate security team, which operates across the globe, committed to the safety and security of Accenture’s key assets – our people, property, information and reputation. We are dedicated to safeguarding our business 24/7. GP&S’s Strategy and Mission Assurance team consists of highly skilled, experienced and diverse professionals, bringing together internal services and infrastructure providers across Accenture’s businesses acting as agile business partners delivering innovative, customer-centric services and strategic insights.

Requirements

• Experience leading large, complex change programs
• Expertise in designing and developing communications and training solutions
• Expertise in working with MS Office Tools particularly MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Full and advanced understanding Accenture processes, systems, and organizational structures
• Advance and comprehensive knowledge of change management trends within Accenture
• Advanced ability to assess end user requirements and identify behavioral impacts to efficiently address change solutions
• Ability to work effectively with team members in a global, virtual environment
• Extremely strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management and staff
• Advanced project / program management skills
• Advanced experience working with Marketing + Communications, Design thinking and FORM concepts is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 10 years project / program management experience
• Minimum 15 years change management experience

• FORM Certification/Knowledge
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Design Thinking Certification/ Knowledge
• Change Management Certification, or PMP or similar certifications
• Strong Corporate Function Cross Functional network: Change Management, M+C, HR, Marketing, Creative, CIO

Responsibilities

• Lead change for Key strategic initiatives/projects with a focus on innovation and automation to enable the GP&S mission
• Continue to support the overall Accenture growth strategy: engage in sales pursuits with potential clients for Physical Security solutions and creating innovative, best-in-class credentials
• Execute the Executive Communications plan in collaboration with leadership and Marketing + Communications
• Continue and manage a comprehensive succession plan to lay the foundation for future Global Protection & Security leaders
• Initiate and manage a Mentoring Program for GP&S to learn and grow by building relationships internally and with stakeholders
