Project Manager - HVAC

Requirements
- 3–10 years of project management experience within mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, or related trades
- Proven success managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused mindset
- Commitment to safety, accountability, and delivering quality work
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from pre-construction through final closeout
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful execution
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain project momentum
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, and other key stakeholders
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout packages
- Monitor budgets, job costs, cash flow, forecasting, and overall project performance
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and safety expectations
- Identify risks early, resolve issues efficiently, and communicate project updates proactively
- Support business objectives through strong customer relationships and exceptional project delivery
