As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical construction projects and help drive successful outcomes for our clients and teams. Requirements

  • 3–10 years of project management experience within mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, or related trades
  • Proven success managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Commitment to safety, accountability, and delivering quality work

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from pre-construction through final closeout
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful execution
  • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain project momentum
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, and other key stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout packages
  • Monitor budgets, job costs, cash flow, forecasting, and overall project performance
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and safety expectations
  • Identify risks early, resolve issues efficiently, and communicate project updates proactively
  • Support business objectives through strong customer relationships and exceptional project delivery
