About The Position

The Project Manager, HVAC Controls leads project plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects. The role identifies, develops, and gathers the resources needed to complete projects, manages resource allocation and strategic planning, and assigns tasks to meet project targets. The Project Manager also prepares project-status reports for the team and guides the team toward its targets, budgets, and milestones.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in the HVAC controls industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects.
• Identify, develop, and gather the resources needed to ensure project completion.
• Manage project resources, strategic planning, and task assignments to meet targets.
• Prepare reports communicating project status to the project team.
• Set objectives and guide the team to meet project targets, budgets, and milestones.
