The P2 Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cross‑functional HR initiatives that support enterprise HR Operations, Strategy Execution, and transformation priorities. This role manages end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple workstreams, partnering closely with HR, HRIS, IT, Process Excellence, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. The role operates with moderate autonomy, managing projects and contributing to portfolio‑level execution discipline under the direction of the HR Strategy Execution Manager. This role includes a 90‑day probationary period focused on onboarding, learning, and gradual integration into the HR Operations and Strategy Execution environment. During the probationary period, the Project Manager is expected to build foundational understanding of ADI’s business, HR Operations model, and Strategy Execution priorities, become familiar with key stakeholders across HR, HRIS, IT, Process Excellence, and cross‑functional partner teams, learn and apply HR Operations project governance, tools, templates, and reporting standards, and support assigned projects through defined tasks and workstreams under the guidance of the HR Strategy Execution Manager. Success will be assessed based on learning progress, engagement with stakeholders, quality of support provided to active initiatives, and readiness to take on increased responsibility over time.
