About The Position

The Project Manager, working under the direction of the Division Director and Division Administrator of the Division of Hematology, will be responsible for the development and implementation of educational programming and industry partnerships for Hematology. The Project Manager will independently organize, implement, and evaluate programs and learning activities for each program. This role will oversee budgeting and contracting, agenda and program design, and identify opportunities in both clinical and operational areas in alignment with strategic goals. The Project Manager will help develop and facilitate a coordinated division-wide approach for turning identified opportunities into viable pursuits, participate in the development of metrics and key performance indicators, and monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness, recommending changes as required for improvement. Collaboration with hospital counterparts is essential to optimize clinical effectiveness and efficiency through data sharing and the development of key performance metrics. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships and lines of communication with key Medical Center departments in developing and implementing communication plans and strategies to align with divisional initiatives, goals, and objectives. Ensuring proper content and messaging executed online is relevant to divisional goals, assisting in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies, and participating in the development and strategic planning of major symposiums, seminars, conferences, and retreats to advance division programs and enhance faculty experiences are also key responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
