Project managing mobile projects for imaging systems installed into a coach trailer (ambulance, RV, trailer, etc) consist of five phases that include: Prebooking: Project Cost Assessment (PCA) form, Trailer Vendor Site Planning Guide Booking: Trailer Vendor Ready to Load (RTL) Date, Request System Delivery, Project Schedule, Schedule Customer Meetings Site Development: Monitor Trailer Build, Order Pre-Install Parts, Trailer Walkthrough Installation: Phase 1 is Mechanical (MIV), Phase 2 is Trailer Finishes, Phase 3 is Calibration and Phase 4 is Trailer Finishes Turnover: Customer Pick-Up or Mobile Delivery to Site For mobile projects, there are two types: National accounts: Manage and own all aspects from prebooking to turnover including any trade-in and act as the main point of contact for the customer and Key Account Manager (KAM), Federal Account Team or Business Line Product Manager Non-national accounts: Manage and own all responsibilities except consult with the zone Project Manager who is responsible for prebooking, maintaining estimated install quarter, customer’s site readiness, Notice to Manufacturer Letter (NTML) and RAM license when applicable and all aspects of turnover.
