Requirements

• Familiar in project management, project life cycle, delivery of projects, project planning, execution or management processes.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Should be dedicated, highly motivated and ability to learn quick.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiar in capital planning, utilization tracking & reviews.
• Familiar in creating dashboards for budget tracking and metrics for monthly, quarterly, annual portfolio reviews.
• A structured approach to stakeholder engagement and planning communications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills.
• Accurate and timely structured reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Finance Engineering PMO and Strategy function.
• Collaborate with the larger organization strategy team, project leads and their nominated internal/external partners.
• Assist in the management of the project costs, budget reviews, capital and operational expense planning & tracking.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures and templates for the delivery of Finance projects.
• Hands-on provision of comprehensive PM tools & services.
• Adherence to the use of established protocols, tools & processes – strong compliance.
• Manage and follow-up with Apple Stakeholders on project delivery tracking, issues/risks and results.
• Work closely with key stakeholders and partners in IS&T & Finance.
